SMS Terms & Conditions
Text Messaging Program Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from RS Consultant Inc, the following terms apply:
Program Description: Our text message program provides consultation updates, appointment reminders, agricultural insights, and service information to clients who opt in.
Enrollment: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or through other enrollment methods, you consent to receive text messages from RS Consultant Inc, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your consultation schedule and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though actual frequency depends on your service engagement.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Please check with your carrier for details. RS Consultant Inc does not charge for text messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive messages briefly while your request is being processed.

Number Changes: If you change your mobile phone number or transfer it to another person, you are responsible for notifying us immediately to be removed from the text message program.
Privacy: Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Payment Terms
Consulting fees are established through individual service agreements. Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be specified in your consulting contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.
